| The Anna Dean
Mansion is the home of Barnabas Curocious, he is the Industrial
king of Simtropolis. His presence in your city will bring many good
things in the future as your city grows.
This Mansion is sort of hard to achieve and you will need to play for it and might need to bulldoze a lot of buildings to try and get the right stuff to grow that is needed to trigger the Anna Dean, In your Rewards Menu you will find the Mansion GREYED out but it gives a list of the Requiremenets and the current status. This mansion is the ANCHOR for the Industrial Chain. To get it you have to GROW specific BSC BTE Lots and you have to PLOP some BSC BTE Plops. Now you may feel you don't like the lots needed to get this Mansion and you have that right ... so the way to handle it is to do the things that you need for this mansion ... plop the mansion and then bulldoze the unwanted stuff. For future rewards in the Technology Chain we will only look for this Mansion and not for the lots that were needed to get the mansion.

Commercial Farm Plop that you get once you have built the Gooberum
Sugar Mill. This is NOT a TRUE farm but in reality a IM Lot that
will give your city the appearance of a farm.
This lot is a STEPPING STONE for the Industrial Chain and you can delete it once you have earned and plopped the Anna Dean Mansion. To get it you have to reach specific GAME numbers and you have to PLOP some BSC BTE Plops. This Sugarfarm is on a 8x6 Lot
